Between January 24 and 26, 2024, the first “Reverse Conference” was organized at the AFIN Center. Researchers from our center and the Human Resources, Work and Occupation (HRWE) research group at the University of the West of England (UWE) in Bristol met to develop collaborations and future research projects. In different groups, attendees explored various possible lines of joint work around the vulnerabilities of women in the workplace from an intersectional perspective.
